Our founder, Carlo Florio, Attorney at Law, and his team are operational in Italy in criminal, civil, commercial and family Law, offering advice and assistance in and out of Court.

 After graduating with full marks at Law at the University of Bergamo with a master's degree thesis on civil and comparative law on Trusts, he spent the first years of his professional practice at a leading law firm in Como, where the proximity to foreign countries, and in particular to Switzerland, enabled him to gain solid experience in both domestic and international law.

After completing his training in criminal law, he was enrolled in the single list of public defenders held by the National Bar Association and he successfully attended the advanced course in Juvenile Criminal Justice held by the University of Milan, obtaining further enrollment in the special list of public defenders for juvenile defendants.

Also, after years of consolidated experience, he obtained the registration on the list of lawyers entitled to offer legal aid and he enlisted in the inherent registry held by the competent professional association to which he belongs.

In 2021, he attended the Specialization Course held by the University of Milan “the litigation before the European Courts” and he successfully passed the final exam. In 2023, he attended the training course for Supreme Court lawyers held by the National Forensic Council at the Higher School of Law and, after passing the appropriate suitability exam, he obtained the qualification to practice before the Supreme Court of Cassation and before every Higher Jurisdictions.

Currently a member of the Bar Association of Bergamo, he speaks English fluently as he consolidated his language skills during his previous study experiences abroad, in the United States and Switzerland.
